Tarom Shareholders Revoke Christian Heinzmann and Tiberiu Ticlea from Positions

In the general assembly on May 6, Tarom shareholders decided to revoke Christian Edouard Heinzmann and Tiberiu Ticlea from their positions as company administrators.
“The decision came following information received from the Board of Directors of the TAROM company, based on facts related to the non-fulfillment of legal requirements, measures provided in the mandate contract, or in the company’s Administration Plan,” says the Tarom communication.
During the same meeting, the General Assembly of Shareholders took note of the Board of Directors’ Decision, through which the two were revoked from the positions of General Manager – CEO, and Administrative General Manager – CAO, respectively.
