Starting July 2, the Portuguese airline TAP Portugal resumes flights on the Lisbon – Bucharest route and return. The operator estimates that by the end of the year it will transport 35,000 passengers between Bucharest and Lisbon.
Besides Bucharest, TAP Portugal introduced seven new routes this summer to Toronto (Canada), Abidjan (Ivory Coast), and five other destinations in Europe.
Last year, the company transported 11.7 million passengers, 400,000 more compared to 2015, and had revenues of EUR 2.2 billion.
