Southern seaside resorts unite under the same public-private management

Southern seaside resorts, totaling over 30,000 accommodation spots, will unite for the first time into a single structure and will implement a plan where various measures, such as removing stray dogs from the streets, will be applied simultaneously and uniformly.
The new structure will include authorities and patronages, as well as hotels, shops, and restaurants.
Mangalia, Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, Cap Aurora, Neptun, and Olimp have already signed up, and from next year they will reunite in a single structure, after several companies from all these resorts have already joined the newly established Mangalia Patronal Organization, stated Anca Nedea, a specialist in the hotel industry and former head of the National Authority for Tourism (ANT).
Dragos Raducan, first vice-president of the Federation of Romanian Tourism Patronages (FPTR), stated that this DMO (Destination Management Organization) will be a pilot for all future entities of this kind in the country.
