Sale price of Inter Hotel in Venus reduced again

The price of the Inter hotel in the Venus resort, controlled by businessman Ioan Niculae and in insolvency since 2016, has been reduced again to EUR 6.2 million, excluding VAT, in an attempt to find a buyer.

Previously, the price was reduced from EUR 8.9 million to EUR 7.1 million, excluding VAT.
