Romania’s First Wine Spa Opens in Oradea

The Ramada Hotel in Oradea is opening a spa that utilizes vinotherapy to achieve well-being, relaxation, and beauty – the first of its kind in the country.
Vinotherapy, considered by some specialists to be the “elixir of youth,” harnesses the benefits of the grape in treatments featuring viniferin, polyphenols, and antioxidants that purify, detoxify, nourish the skin, and prevent aging.
Services include, alongside vinotherapy, a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a saline relaxation room.
Hotel representatives have developed complex packages that include, in addition to spa treatments, a wide range of outdoor activities, customized according to tourist expectations.
“Our future plans consist of transforming the hotel, the spa, and the restaurant into a destination. For the restaurant side, we are in the process of acquiring a meat aging refrigerator and a professional volcanic rock grill to launch Steak House specialties. This summer, we plan to launch a series of exclusive Chill Out events on the spa terrace with buffets, live grill, and a bar.”
Romeo Ionescu, general manager of the Ramada Oradea Hotel, estimates that Riserva Wine Spa will bring an increase of approximately 7% in the hotel’s turnover in the first year.
