EUR 12 million will be covered by a loan that can be accessed by the City Hall of Resita or by a consortium formed by the City Hall of Resita, the County Council of Caras-Severin and the City Hall of Văliug.
The companies that will carry out the project are awaiting the signing of the financing contract.
The consortium DIMEX-2000 Company, Supersnow and ArchiCO won the tender for the development of the Semenic ski resort with a bid of 174 mil.

Also to be built are a zip-line, a gondola lift, a reservoir, a water park, a reserved area for restaurants and hotels and an adventure theme park, among other facilities.
The ski slopes will have start and finish points located at varying altitudes, offering trails that run along the gondola with spectacular scenery.
