Romania will benefit from European funds for tourism worth EUR 1 billion in the next financial exercise 2021 – 2027, to which is added EUR 750 million for mining areas, so that they can be transformed into tourist destinations, stated the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment, Razvan Pirjol.
On February 21, the Employer Organization of Spa Tourism in Romania, OPTBR, launched the Romania Balneara campaign, the largest online and offline campaign supporting Romanian balneology, which will take place between March 15 and November 30, 2020.
