Receptionist job description:
– welcomes guests;
– provides information;
– handles reservations;
– assists guests throughout their stay;
– billing, collection, and issuing fiscal documents duties;
– complies with organizational standards;
– communicates with other departments to ensure information flow.
The ideal candidate:
– at least a high school graduate with a baccalaureate diploma (higher education preferred);
– preferably qualified as a hotel receptionist – being a student/graduate of a Tourism faculty is an advantage;
– experience in a similar position in a 4/5* hotel – is an advantage;
– advanced English level – mandatory requirement, knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage;
– knowledge of the FIDELIO management software is an advantage;
– fairness and flexibility;
– very good communication skills;
– energetic, responsible, honest, motivated individuals with team spirit and initiative;
– presentable person, exceptional moral conduct.
