Radisson Blu Cluj: Over 60% occupancy

The five-star Radisson Blu hotel in Cluj-Napoca, developed by Winners Park Invest and managed by Winners, recorded an average occupancy rate of over 60% since the beginning of this year, reporting an average daily rate (ADR) of approximately EUR 150. In the summer months, the property’s occupancy rate rose to 68% in June and exceeded 70% in July.

The President of the Winners Board, Nina Moldovan, told Ziarul Financiar that the growth is supported by the large number of events, the quality of services, and the attraction of the complex’s restaurants. Performance is also driven by the opening of the hotel’s new wing in the second quarter of 2026, a project whose construction started in 2024. The new structure adds 20 rooms, event and conference spaces, a spa center, a restaurant, and a sky bar. Initially, the hotel opened in the summer of 2022 had 149 rooms, a large conference room for up to 300 people, and five small meeting rooms.
