Performance is also driven by the opening of the hotel’s new wing in the second quarter of 2026, a project whose construction started in 2024. The new structure adds 20 rooms, event and conference spaces, a spa center, a restaurant, and a sky bar. Initially, the hotel opened in the summer of 2022 had 149 rooms, a large conference room for up to 300 people, and five small meeting rooms.
