Radisson Blu Cluj: Occupancy over 60% and a new wing

The five-star Radisson Blu hotel in Cluj-Napoca, developed by Winners Park Invest and managed by Winners, recorded an average occupancy rate of over 60% since the beginning of this year, reporting an average daily rate (ADR) of approximately EUR 150. During the summer months, the hotel’s occupancy rate rose to 68% in June and exceeded 70% in July.

The President of the Winners Board, Nina Moldovan, told Ziarul Financiar that this growth is supported by the large number of events, service quality, and the appeal of the complex’s restaurants. Performance is also boosted by the opening of the hotel’s new wing in the second quarter of 2026, a project whose construction began in 2024. The new structure adds 20 rooms, event and conference spaces, a spa center, a restaurant, and a sky bar. Initially, the hotel, which opened in the summer of 2022, featured 149 rooms, a large conference hall for up to 300 people, and five smaller meeting rooms.
