Brasov is getting closer to the launch of the 5-star Radisson Blu hotel. For the first time in Radisson’s history, a unit will open in a city that is not a capital.
The project is developed by Rara Hotels and involves an investment of 10 million EUR.
Currently, Urbanism Certificates have been obtained for the purpose of securing the construction permit, along with the Construction Permit for the consolidation of the existing building with grade 1 seismic risk, and the Urbanism Certificate for utility network management.
Radisson Blu Brasov will be built in the old building that once housed the Telephone Palace.
A new phase of obtaining approvals and authorizations from all institutions and authorities follows, a stage that should not exceed 5 months and will culminate with the Construction Permit.
The Radisson Blu Brasov hotel will feature 110 rooms and will include two restaurants, two bars, a conference room, a gym, and a spa center.
