Next month, the Autonomous Administration of State Protocol Heritage (RA APPS) will organize an open outcry auction for two properties – a guesthouse built in Slănic Moldova (Bacău county) and an urban plot of land located in Sinaia (Prahova county).
The first property put up for auction by RA APPS is the Vila Palas guesthouse (basement + ground floor + 3 floors + attic), with a surface area of 1,420 sqm. The building, located at 6 Vasile Alecsandri St., Slănic Moldova, Bacău county, has 21 rooms with private bathrooms, six rooms with shared bathrooms (in the hallway), and two apartments, a restaurant, and a reception, as well as the adjacent land with an area of 1,150 sqm.
The starting price for the auction regarding Vila Palas is 719,300 euros.
Also on February 20, RA APPS is putting up for public auction an urban plot of land with an area of 104 sqm, located at 30 Cumpătul St., in Sinaia, Prahova county. The starting price for the auction is 5,362 euros (plus VAT).
Persons interested in participating in the auctions organized by RA APPS can register until February 18, 2019, at 12:00 PM.
