The Printul Vanator tourist complex in Turda, spanning 1,700 sqm, has been put up for sale for the third time by owners Adrian and Csilla Sarmasan. They are asking for €2.5 million, after initial asking prices of €6.5 million in 2012 and €3.4 million in 2016. 
The complex includes an 18-room hotel; the main hall features several differently themed areas: the Outlaws’ Hut (Coliba Haiducilor), a hunting-themed restaurant, the Peasant House (Casa taraneasca)—built entirely of oak by Maramures craftsmen—Dracula’s Castle, constructed from natural stone with stake-shaped windows, and the Turda Terrace.
The complex also features a Japanese garden and a fountain built from river stones, with water flowing around a small stone castle located in its center.
