Poet Mircea Dinescu, owner of two restaurants, one in Bucharest and the other in the Cetate area, on the banks of the Danube, has opened another restaurant in the Capital, where, unlike the others, he cooks himself, from hummus to roasted pepper cream and from soups to stuffed pike.
Dinescu stated that he opened the restaurant for his own therapy: “Instead of checking into neurology, I’d rather cook at my restaurant.”
The new restaurant, located in the Hala Traian area of Bucharest, was named „Politica si delicateturi”, a brand under which the poet also has a show on national television.
