Poiana Brasov Ski Area Expanded

The ski area in Poiana Brasov has been expanded from 16 km to 24 km, and the total surface area has increased from 30 hectares to 60 hectares of slopes.

The transformation of the ski area on Postavarul Mountain is remarkable. The organization of the slopes was subjected to analysis by experts from Klenkhart & Partner Consulting, who redesigned not only the width of the slopes but also how they are interconnected.

Based on the consultants’ proposals, new connecting sections were created, such as those between the Lupului and Ruia slopes, Lupului and Postavarul, Ruia and Sulinar, Drumul Rosu and Subteleferic, and Lupului and Stadionului.
