Next year, Paralela 45 will start the construction of an office building in the Capital, an investment of over EUR 5 million, which is to be completed in 2 years, stated Alin Burcea, the company’s owner.
Regarding the real estate project near Lake Snagov, where Alin Burcea is building a residential complex, Club Lac Snagov, it is almost completed, and work is being done on the inner courtyard. The investment amounts to approximately EUR 7 million.
The complex has 77 apartments, is located on the shore of Lake Snagov, and the land covers about 8,000 sqm.
Additionally, the Paralela 45 headquarters on Elisabeta Boulevard will move for a period of 3 years, as consolidation and restoration works are beginning in partnership with the Bucharest City Hall.
Half of the investment requirement will be supported by own funds, and half through a loan from Banca Transilvania.
