For this year, the travel agency Paralela 45 estimates that it will record a turnover of 50 million EUR, 15% more than in 2015. This growth is based, among other things, on the introduction of new destinations.
In recent years, Paralela 45 has invested 250,000 EUR in technology to improve online sales. “The main characteristic of online products is the sale of pre-packaged deals, charters, and circuits,” stated the president of Paralela 45, Alin Burcea.
Burcea specified that Paralela 45 will buy and open 5 more agencies and, at the same time, will invest in the material base in the Mamaia resort – holiday apartments and studios.
Also this year, the completion of the Club Lac Snagov real estate project is estimated, a project on Lake Snagov with lakefront access, consisting of three residential blocks.
Additionally, this year, Alin Burcea announced that he will invest 250,000 EUR in modernizing the Best Western Stil hotel in Bucharest, rated 4 stars.
The hotel was acquired by businessman Alin Burcea in 2007 for 3.5 million EUR. At that time, Burcea invested approximately 120,000 EUR in renovations.
