Paradis Hotels&Resorts begins the 2024 summer season with eight hotels under management, following the acquisition of the Modern All Inclusive hotel in Mamaia last fall. This addition joins accommodations in Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mamaia within the hotel group operating on the Romanian coast. The company, which now manages 2,700 beds across four, three, and two-star ratings, estimates a turnover increase to nearly EUR 10 million in 2024.
Complex Modern Mamaia All Inclusive is located on the promenade in the center of the resort, right on the seafront, and is one of the first All Inclusive hotels on the coast. A series of investments were made in 2019, particularly regarding the rooms, most of which offer sea views. The hotel provides several amenities in its all-inclusive package, including free umbrellas and sun loungers on its private beach.
Another hotel in the group, acquired in 2022, is currently undergoing an investment process that will ensure its conversion into a global hotel chain property. Starting from the summer of 2024, it will be part of one of the world’s largest hotel chains, becoming the first international chain hotel on the Romanian coast. The total investment amounts to over EUR 6 million.
The Paradis Hotels&Resorts group includes Dana Resort and Dana Holiday Club in Venus, Tismana All Inclusive Complex in Jupiter, Siret Hotel and Mureș Hotel in Saturn, Topaz Hotel in Cap Aurora, Romantic Hotel in Mamaia, Modern Mamaia All Inclusive Complex, and Paradis Apartments—totaling 2,700 beds for this year’s summer season.
The group recorded a turnover of EUR 6.5 million last year and projects an increase to EUR 10 million for 2024.
