The hotel will be relaunched under a new hotel brand, Peakture. The transaction involved the acquisition of the entire share package of K+K Hotels SRL, and according to the decision of the parties involved, the transaction value remains confidential.
The K+K Elisabeta hotel was opened in 2006 by the Koller brothers from Austria, and since 2019, it was owned by Interglobe, an Indian holding company with activities in the hospitality, tourism, and aviation sectors.
