Niro Investment Group has signed a financing agreement worth 24 million EUR with Libra Internet Bank for the development of the hotel project on Expozitiei Boulevard, which will be operated by the Accor group under the Swissotel brand.
The construction of the 27-story building started in October 2018, with the underground structure works currently completed. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2022, and the total investment is estimated at 52 million EUR.
Swissotel will feature 225 rooms, restaurants, a swimming pool, spa & fitness facilities, and an area dedicated to business meetings and corporate events.
