The Capitol hotel complex in Eforie Sud has been sold. In 2024 the sale of the assets of Complex Balada in Saturn and Complex Capitol in Eforie Sud by the owner, THR Marea Neagră, was approved.
After the sale of the Balada Complex in Saturn for RON 30.3 million, equivalent to EUR 6.1 million, the sale of the Capitol Complex in Eforie Sud has now been finalized.
For this asset the company received RON 7.5 million, equivalent to EUR 1.5 million. The hotel is classified as a 3-star hotel. The indirect beneficiary of this transaction is the company Transilvania Investments Alliance (TRANSI), formerly SIF Transilvania, which owns the majority stake of 53.56% of the shares of Turism, Hotels, Restaurants Black Sea, a company with a market capitalization of 124.55 million RON, 24.74 million EUR.
