In an existing building with a basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic located in the center of Oradea, a hotel with 14 apartments and adjacent common spaces will be developed. A new building will be added to the existing structure in the courtyard.
The project includes the renovation, interior and exterior modifications, extension with a building wing, demolition of the existing ground-floor structure and construction of a new wing, and fencing of the land.
