Thus, in the period January-August 2021, over 4,000 Albanians stayed in hotels in Romanian resorts on the Black Sea.

According to the Constanta Statistics Directorate report, in the first six months of this year, the number of foreign tourists who spent their vacation on the Romanian coast was 29,412 people, a decrease compared to 2019. In the first place regarding foreigners who visited the Romanian coast in the period January 2021 – August 2021 were tourists from Albania (4,228), followed by tourists from Germany (2,761), tourists from the USA (2,431), the United Kingdom (1,220), France (999), Italy (878), Poland (755), the Netherlands (567), Turkey (541), Spain (506), Belgium (502). From Russia, only 167 people were registered on the Romanian coast, and from Sweden, only 216 people.
