Mohammad Murad: Phoenicia Hotels Chain Visited by Over 250,000 Tourists This Season

This season, the Phoenicia Hotels chain was visited by over 250,000 tourists this season, stated owner Mohammad Murad.
Recently, following an investment of approximately EUR 5 million, Murad opened Athena Casino in Navodari, the only fully live casino on the Romanian coast, where all games are assisted by dealers, without electronic games.
With the new investment, located on the ground floor of a boutique hotel, the businessman stated that he aims to attract both Romanians and foreigners coming to Romania for relaxation.
Mohammad Murad owns nearly 4,000 accommodation places on the coast, in several hotels in Navodari, Mamaia, Jupiter, Olimp, and Neptun. After acquiring the Amfiteatru-Panoramic-Belvedere complex in Olimp for EUR 10 million, Murad announced he would invest around EUR 15 million in its renovation.
In parallel, the businessman also took over the Lido Hotel in Bucharest. He owns three more hotels in Bucharest operating under the Phoenicia brand, the Spring Time restaurant chain, the Mandy canning factory, and has built approximately 2,000 housing units in apartment blocks and villas in Bucharest and Constanta over the last 10 years.
