Already controlling one of the largest tourism asset portfolios in Romania, businessman Mohammad Murad has announced new expansion plans: “2022 will be the year of major investments for us. On the Prahova Valley, near Sinaia, we will build a large conference complex with 700 seats, a construction from scratch, an investment estimated at 18-20 million euros. There is a need for such a conference center in the mountains. We are also waiting for approvals for a tourist complex in the Danube Delta, an investment of 15-20 million euros, a complex for families that will have a leisure area.”

The entrepreneur also provided details regarding another project in the field of vacation homes: “I want to create a system of 1,000 houses, the first one we are building in Snagov-Saftica, then on the coast and in the mountains, in Rasnov. We are preparing a kind of vacation home factory, to be purchased and rented out, a 40 million euro project.”
