On April 26, the minister, together with the general director of the National Administration „Romanian Waters” (ANAR), Victor Sandu, and the director of the Dobrogea-Litoral Water Basin Administration (ABADL), Hristu Uzun, visited, unannounced, the beaches in Vama Veche, Constanța, Mamaia, and Năvodari to check on-site the state of preparation for the May 1st mini-holiday.
