Litoralulromanesc.ro Owner Expands into Luxury Apartment Rentals

Ionut Nedea, the owner of the Litoralulromanesc.ro portal, is expanding into the luxury hotel-style apartment segment, after entering the hotel market this summer by purchasing the Opal Hotel in Cap Aurora.
He has already opened 7 such apartments under the Amelie Apartments brand in Mamaia and intends to reach 50 such spaces in the coming years, with over 200 beds, even planning to build an apart-hotel.
Nedea states that there is significant competition in the luxury apartment segment on the coast and that these apartments compete with 4-5 star hotels, but for tourists who do not necessarily require dining and room services.
The investment in such an apartment, including purchase and furnishing, is between 120,000 and 130,000 euros, depending on the number of rooms.
In the next 5 years, he aims to have at least 200 beds, which means 50 apartments.
“We are also considering a franchise concept, bringing our experience and brand to implement this concept for apartments across the country. We want to provide the sales and brand promotion component as well,” said Ionut Nedea.
