The 5-star InterContinental Bucharest hotel has a new General Manager, Lior Bebera, who replaces Stefan Frank after the latter led the hotel for more than 4 years.
Before coming to Bucharest, Lior Bebera worked in numerous InterContinental hotels, such as InterContinental Berlin, David InterContinental Tel Aviv, InterContinental Kiev, as well as at the IHG headquarters in London. Previously, he held the position of Hotel Manager at InterContinental Malta, being responsible for the hotel’s operational management.
In his position as European Operations Support Manager at IHG, Lior Bebera was part of the European Food & Beverage Committee of Experts, whose mission was to create concepts, tools, and processes for hotels with the aim of increasing revenue and improving performance in restaurants, bars, and event organization.
“I strongly believe in cultivating excellent relationships with colleagues, guests, and owners. These are what ultimately lead to revenue growth and create a good reputation for the hotel. At InterContinental Bucharest, I will focus on increasing efficiency, the quality of services offered, increasing the hotel’s visibility and market share, but also on increasing Bucharest’s notoriety as a tourist and event destination,” stated Lior Bebera.
