Karpaten Launches Charter Flight on Bucharest-Salzburg Route

With the support of the Austrian National Tourist Office, Karpaten Turism is launching a charter on the Bucharest-Salzburg route between December 26, 2021, and March 26, 2022. Package rates start from 499 EUR/person.

Weekly flights will be operated in partnership with Tarom, and the package includes free transport of ski equipment and airport-to-hotel transfers.

From Salzburg, it is also easy to reach other famous ski regions, such as Zell am See-Kaprun and Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

Austria is among the first countries to adopt a clear and transparent safety strategy in 2021. This was achieved through the “three proofs” rule, which has been in effect since May (vaccinated, tested, or recovered) and a more extensive, and especially free, testing infrastructure. Tourists can still be tested for free until the end of the winter season.
