ISSA Resort: A new luxury concept near Salina Turda

The ISSA Estate Group has made a strategic step in expanding into the luxury experiential tourism market by inaugurating ISSA Resort in August 2025, near Salina Turda, Cluj County. According to a presentation published by Business Magazin, the new five-star complex aims to become a reference destination nationally and internationally, offering an integrated approach that combines premium hospitality, viticulture, and an equestrian component.

The development of the group, led by CEO Adina Calfa, began two decades ago with the launch of Crama La Salina, aiming to revitalize a wine-growing area with a history of thousands of years. Subsequently, the business expanded organically by adding the real estate division, the hospitality division, and an equestrian activity, which currently includes a herd of over 60 purebred horses. All these components were officially consolidated under a unified vision in 2024, with the formal establishment of the group.

The long-term expansion strategy of the ISSA Estate Group also includes the launch of the ISSA Village project, planned for May 1, 2026. This holiday village will offer guests 23 cottages positioned at the base of the vineyard. Through this integrated ecosystem, the complex aims to attract both individual tourists and serve the corporate and private events segments.
