Bucharest will host the first edition of the Think Tank “INVEST – Investment in Hospitality Properties in the CEE Region”, an innovative event dedicated to investment in real estate development in the hospitality industry.
The event will take place over two days, November 27-28, 2024, at Crowne Plaza Bucharest, bringing together more than 40 leading investment experts, developers and representatives of international hotel chains from Romania and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
“INVEST CEE” is the first platform of its kind to explore the synergy between the real estate and hospitality sectors, offering valuable networking opportunities and strategic, concrete and applied knowledge.
The central theme of this first edition, “Increasing Profitability in Romania and the CEE region”, will bring to the forefront successful strategies for maximizing investments and capitalizing on opportunities in this booming sector.
The INVEST conference comes in a context of accelerated development of the real estate and hospitality market in Romania and the countries of Eastern and Central Europe, an area that has experienced significant growth in recent years.
