The second edition of the INVEST Summit will take place on November 19-20, 2025 and will bring to Bucharest over 50 international speakers from 15 countries, together with global investors, developers, investment funds and professionals from real estate, asset management, finance, technology and hospitality.
The INVEST Summit 2025 agenda addresses key topics for hotel real estate investors and professionals. Discussions will explore how real estate ownership and development can remain resilient in times of economic volatility, the impact of international brands on the regional market, and strategies for transitioning to sustainable operating models and energy efficiency. Other sessions focus on leveraging human capital as a strategic resource, reconfiguration through renovations and conversions, and the adoption of digital technologies and automation to meet new guest demands.
In parallel sessions, participants will explore issues such as asset valuation and portfolio management, digital security in hospitality, legal requirements for franchisors, redefining the guest experience and identifying investment opportunities in emerging sectors.

The 2024 edition brought together 240 participants and 52 speakers from 15 countries, reinforcing the summit’s position as a reference platform for exchanging expertise and initiating strategic partnerships in the field.
The Summit will conclude with the INVEST Gala, held under the auspices of HRH Prince Radu, an event dedicated to recognizing projects and initiatives with impact in the hospitality and real estate industry. Four awards will be presented during the gala: the Hotel Development Award for contributions to the development of hospitality investments, the Human Capital Award for initiatives that enhance human capital, the Sustainability Award for projects oriented towards sustainable development and the Digitalization Award for technological innovations with impact in the industry.
