Tinu Sebesanu, CEO of Impact Developer & Contractor spoke about the investment plans of the company he represents, stating that Impact plans to start a project in the Barbu Vacarescu area of Bucharest, which will also include a hotel.
„We want to diversify the portfolio, besides residential there is also a need for community centers with proximity stores, public schools and kindergartens, public transport station, to serve the newly created community there. We will also launch a mixed-use project at Luxuria City Center, a compact project in the Barbu Vacarescu area, which will have a commercial area but also a hotel, a mixed use. The hotel will be an aparthotel part of an international chain and managed by an international chain“, the director emphasized.
Impact Developer & Contractor obtained in the first nine months of 2021 revenues of 110 million RON from the sale of real estate properties, down 19% compared to the same period last year, while the net profit decreased by 43%, to 7.5 million RON.
