Hubix has joined Alber Holding as a strategic investor for the first stage of the City of Mara Forum mixed-use complex in Timișoara, a project with an estimated total market value (GDV) of over EUR 100 million. The first phase of the investment exceeds EUR 20 million, with the development located in the Calea Aradului area, in a location validated by its proximity to Iulius Town and United Business Center.
The project, developed on a 1.5-hectare site, will include four residential buildings, a street mall of approximately 4,600 sqm, service spaces, and a hotel component under the international Hampton by Hilton brand. The first stage of construction, starting in March 2026, will deliver 91 residential units and 191 underground parking spaces equipped with a flexible share-parking system. The completion of this phase is scheduled for the last quarter of 2027. According to Forbes Romania, the business model allows for flexible monetization of the residential component through individual sales, buy-to-let packages, or build-to-rent structures.
