Hotel Rina Vista in Poiana Brasov, owned by a company with Israeli shareholders that went bankrupt due to bank debts, will be taken over by the Sinaia company, which manages the hotel of the same name in the Sinaia resort and is led by the same person who appears as administrator for the bankrupt firm, the Israeli Marian Schwartz.
The acquisition transaction of the hotel will be carried out for EUR 2.7 million, money for which Sinaia S.A. will contract a 10-year loan, in the amount of EUR 2.9 million, from BRD.
Hotel Rina Vista, as well as Hotel Rina Tirol, were first put up for sale last November for EUR 3.1 million and EUR 2.1 million, respectively.
Subsequently, the sale price was reduced to EUR 2.4 million for Rina Vista, while for Rina Tirol it was raised to EUR 2.5 million.
