Hotel PRIVO in Targu Mures estimates a turnover of approximately EUR 1 million for this year, 35% higher than the revenues recorded in 2014 of EUR 700,000, and an average occupancy rate of 55%.
The growth will be achieved by increasing accommodation rates, developing the MICE segment and the food & beverage component, and last but not least, through customer loyalty, stated Otilia Demian, Director of Business Development.
The increase in turnover will also be possible as a result of the new management strategy implemented starting with the third quarter of last year: a new menu signed by Executive Chef Martin White, an extended wine tasting program, and a loyalty program for loyal customers.
At the beginning of this year, Hotel PRIVO ranked 7th in the top of the best luxury hotels in Romania, a ranking compiled by TripAdvisor, the world’s largest online travel platform. The Travelers’ Choice Awards winners are chosen based on the reviews and opinions of millions of TripAdvisor travelers recorded during the previous year.
