HoReCa industry leaders discuss the future of tourism in Bucharest

Leaders and operators from the Romanian hospitality industry will gather on November 13, 2025 in Bucharest for the “HoRes Conference 2025 Tourism”. The conference will analyze the sector’s performance in the current year and outline the trends for 2026, bringing together owners and managers of accommodation and catering establishments, together with representatives of employers and associations.

Confirmed speakers include businessman Valentin Calcan, owner of the “Hotel Peștera Wellness & Spa” in the Bucegi Mountains and president of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Dâmbovița. He will be joined by Simona Constantinescu, Radu Savopol, Adrian Voican, Călin Ile, Radu Tănase, Alin Popa, Carmina Gal, Tinu Sebeșanu, Ștefan Balaur, Daniela Anastasescu, Răzvan Lăzărescu, Alecsandru-Ionuț Blându, Dora Morhan and Claudia Țapardel.

The event’s agenda focuses on key topics regarding the present and future of Romanian tourism. During the conference, the top 10 accommodation establishments and the top 10 catering establishments will be awarded, based on the profitability and performance indicators recorded in 2024, according to official data published by the Ministry of Finance.
