According to documents published in the Official Gazette, the transfer of the 130 company shares in Gura Siriului took place on January 27, 2026. Each share, with a nominal value of EUR 190.77 (RON 1,000), was transferred at a price of EUR 6,455.01 (RON 33,836.54), generating a net income of around EUR 814.35 thousand (RON 4.26 million) for the transferor. Following the transaction, Camelia Ioiţescu became the sole shareholder and administrator for a 20-year mandate, while Andreea-Adriana Toma was dismissed from the position.
Separately, the agency Romania Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of the Hadar Chalet property in less than two months after listing. The complex had been brought to market at an asking price of EUR 995 thousand and attracted three firm offers, although the final value of the real estate contract remains confidential.
