First “Tourism Destination Manager” Course

The Federation of Romanian Tourism Employers (FPTR), in partnership with the Faculty of Business and Tourism – ASE Bucharest, through the Deva Territorial Center, is launching enrollment for the postgraduate continuous professional training and development course TOURISM DESTINATION MANAGER, a 180-hour course, ANC accredited for the “Destination Manager” qualification. Total credits: 23.

The course will be conducted in a hybrid system: Online theory hours, with seminars and practice at the ASE – Deva Territorial Center. According to FPTR, new vocational training centers will soon open in Tulcea, Piatra Neamț, and Bucharest.

Representatives of the Federation of Romanian Tourism Employers believe that the current provisions will facilitate the rapid establishment of local, county, and regional DMOs (Destination Management Organizations), creating the premises for accessing funds provided in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Component C11 Tourism and Culture.
