First charter on the Romania – Jordan route to operate from September

Starting September this year, the tour operator Cocktail Holidays will launch, for the first time in Romania, weekly charter flights to Jordan. It is estimated that over 1,300 Romanians will travel to Jordan this year.
Eight-day tourist packages with seven nights of accommodation start from 560 EUR, including air transport, accommodation at 3, 4, or 5-star hotels, tourist assistance, medical and travel cancellation insurance. 
Starting May 21, Jordanian authorities have waived the entry visa for them. 
The charter flights will be operated by the national airline Tarom, departing only from Bucharest to Aqaba, the Jordanian resort on the Red Sea.
While purchasing their ticket, tourists will also be able to purchase optional excursions.
