Overnight stays recorded in tourist reception structures in November 2018 totaled 1,959.8 thousand, an increase of 10.8% compared to November 2017. Of these, Romanian tourist overnight stays represented 82.4%, while foreign tourist overnight stays represented 17.6%.
Regarding the overnight stays of foreign tourists in tourist reception structures, the largest share was held by those from Europe – 73.8% of the total foreign tourists, and of these, 81.7% were from European Union countries.
