Real estate developer Neagoe Basarab Residence is allocating an additional budget of EUR 11 million for the second phase of the Swissôtel Poiana Brașov project, the first hotel under this brand in Romania. The business model relies on reducing dependence on online agencies: between 50% and 60% of bookings come through proprietary channels and the Accor program, while Romanian tourists generate 75%-80% of total guests.
