Epica Hotel Bucharest announces the opening of an urban-chic boutique hotel in the KM 0 area, on a small street next to the KM 0 area, opposite Suțu Palace. The building, built around 1930 and once known as a printing house and since 1950 as a book warehouse, was fully consolidated and restored in 2025 and converted into a contemporary accommodation with attention to detail and comfort flows for business and leisure guests. The project involved an investment of approximately EUR 2 million.
Situated between Piața Universității and Piața Unirii, the hotel is minutes from the cultural, gastronomic and entertainment areas of the Old Center. Universitate and Unirii metro stations offer quick connections to the main business districts and points of interest in Bucharest.
The rooms are bright, furnished in a contemporary style and equipped for the comfort of business and leisure guests: high mattresses, high-performance Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, ergonomic workspace and functional details designed for mobility. Mornings start with breakfast in an intimate and elegant setting.
Epica Lounge – convertible breakfast space for private events, workshops or briefings (~28 pers., ~51 sq. m.) with TV/HDMI, Wi-Fi and flexible set-up (lounge/classroom/theater). Available after breakfast program.
Private terrace (~23 square meters) attached to a premium room, suitable for exclusive moments (2-8 people), mini-events, interviews or content creation sessions, overlooking the city surroundings.
