Local real estate developer EnVogue Residence will integrate a Hilton Garden Inn hotel into the final phase of its residential project in Bulevardul Iuliu Maniu, Bucharest. This new facility will transform the development into a modern mixed-function complex, addressing both residential, business and tourism needs in the west of the capital.
The new hotel, the structure of which has already been finalized, will have 125 rooms and will offer guests a full range of services, including a restaurant, a fitness room and facilities dedicated to business or private events. The project also includes a dedicated parking lot.
Through its affiliation with a prestigious international brand such as Hilton, the developer EnVogue Residence aims to attract a diverse clientele of business people, transient tourists and participants of events organized nearby.
The integration of the hotel marks the completion of the EnVogue Residence – Iuliu Maniu project and brings significant added value to the area, contributing to its sustainable development. The project joins the EnVogue Residence portfolio, which already includes five completed residential complexes in Bucharest.
