Certion Property Developers intends to develop several premium residential projects in the Neptun-Olimp area, with a total investment exceeding €45 million over a 4-year period.

The company is owned by Certion, controlled by Romanian entrepreneurs Cătălin Scripcaru (90%) and Cezar Ionescu (10%), according to reports.
