€20M Investment to Expand Constanta Dolphinarium

The Constanta Dolphinarium will be expanded and, in parallel, a new aquarium will be built to replace the old one, with investments in the two projects estimated at nearly €20 million, stated Horia Tutuianu, President of the Constanta County Council.
The two projects will be carried out with funds from the Ministry of Tourism and European funds and are expected to be completed within a maximum of 2 years.
Three years ago, a new dolphinarium was inaugurated in Constanta following an investment of approximately €7 million, with the old one being decommissioned. Now, the Constanta County Council has submitted documentation to the Ministry of Tourism to obtain funds intended for the expansion of the new dolphinarium.
