The company D-Group, founded by Ukrainian entrepreneur Vadym Dashut Dashut, marks its entry on the Romanian market with an investment agreement for the development of the Airport Bucharest Hotel – a four-star complex affiliated to the international brand Wyndham Garden, located near Otopeni Airport. The project is being developed in partnership with Wyndham, one of the largest global hotel operators, which will oversee the operational management.
A strategic partner in this initiative is Benish Group, which has joined D-Group for the development of the project.
“We have come to Romania to find partners to be involved throughout the two-year construction process, to support and invest in this project. That’s why we are working with D-Group – it’s an important step for us and I am convinced that it will not be the only joint project in Romania,” said Meni Benish, founder of Benish Group.
The hotel proposes an innovative real estate investment model, offering private investors the possibility to purchase individual rooms or fractional shares. This allows them to become part of a large-scale project with significant urban impact and benefit from an annual passive income of up to 15%, along with 14 days of free use of the purchased room each year.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2027, and the process of selling the rooms has already started, according to the official statement.
D-Group aims to reach a portfolio of 3-5 hotels in each new country it enters.
