Continental Hotels Owner to Build a Hotel in Iasi

The owner of the Continental hotel chain, Radu Enache, purchased the Zimbru brewery in Iasi in 2007, which has a 10,000 sqm plot of land. On this land, Enache intends to develop a hotel and a medical clinic. The project is still in the preliminary stages of obtaining the PUZ (Zonal Urban Plan) approval for the future hotel in the Pacurari area of Iasi. 
According to the PUZ, a hotel with a height regime of B+SB+GF+7F and a medical clinic with a height regime of GF+3 are to be built on the site of the former Zimbru factory.
Continental Hotels owns the brands Grand Hotel Continental, Continental Forum, Continental, Hello Hotels, as well as the Mondo and Concerto restaurants, Tekaffe cafes, Victoria Club, Balkan Bistro, and Wellness Club.
