Christian Tour: 60% sales growth at the Tourism Fair

The travel agency Christian Tour sold stays and tourist circuits worth approximately EUR 850,000 at the Romanian Tourism Fair, which took place between November 12-15 at the Romexpo Complex, 60% more than at the 2014 autumn edition.
During the fair, about 2,000 tourists purchased travel packages, 20% more than last year.
The most requested destinations from the First Minute 2016 offer were Antalya, the islands of Crete, Corfu, Thassos, and Zakynthos.   
Seniors focused particularly on Costa del Sol and Costa Brava, two of the destinations for which they benefit from special prices through the Senior Voyage program.
Regarding winter holiday packages, New Year’s Eve in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates is at the top of preferences for this edition.   
Christian Tour launched the first airplane charter flight to the island of Ibiza during the fair, with packages starting from EUR 384/person.
For the first time, the “Travels for the Soul” program was also launched, intended for those who wish to reach places recognized for their spiritual significance in Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Turkey, or Bulgaria.
