The capital’s aparthotel market is expanding with the opening of Central Suites, a new premium accommodation unit dedicated to business travelers, expats and city break visitors.
The total investment in the project amounted to 3 million euro, and the aparthotel, located in the Stefan cel Mare – Circus Park area, has 25 modern apartments and studios spread over 5 floors.

In the first 6 months of operation, Central Suites registered an occupancy rate of over 60%, above expectations and without massive promotion. Customers come both from Romania and from abroad (Spain, Greece, UK, Israel).
According to data from the National Institute of Statistics, the number of accommodation units of apartments and rooms for rent increased by 122% in 2024, and Romania attracted almost 2.2 million foreign tourists, up 13.5% compared to 2023.
Central Suites aims to further expand by opening new units in key locations in Bucharest.
